Work Rules
Employers in Japan with ten or more regular employees are legally obligated to create work rules and submit them to the local Labor Standards Office.
Companies of any scale can significantly benefit from clearly defined work rules as they can keep the workplace organized and avoid trouble.
We will create work rules in Japanese, English and other languages tailored to your company and submit the Japanese version to the local Labor Standards Office on your behalf.
We can also write work rules in simple Japanese if you require.

Enrollment in the relevant insurance policies
We do not need a monthly advisory contract for this service, and we welcome startups.

Social Insurance: Health Insurance & Nursing Care Insurance & Employees’ Pension Insurance
Employers are legally obligated to enroll in and pay premiums for insurance.
These insurance programs must cover personnel of any nationality unless they are exempt owing to measures in international social security agreements.

Pension claim agency
We handle claims for old-age, survivor, and disability pensions.
We will respond appropriately and promptly, using our representative’s experience as a special pension advisor at a pension office and her perspective as a financial planner.
